The platform may include raw data, cleaned data, inferred data, derived metrics, rankings, summaries, comparative views, model-driven outputs, historical records, and other research tools intended to support internal evaluation and commercial analysis.

AlSafaqa does not provide legal, financial, investment, valuation, accounting, brokerage, engineering, tax, or other professional advice. Platform content is provided for general informational and analytical purposes only and must not be treated as a substitute for independent due diligence or professional advice.

Platform outputs may depend on third-party data, public records, internal processing, normalization logic, model assumptions, classifications, and calculation methodologies.

We may, at any time and without prior notice, remove outliers, improve calculations, correct records, revise formulas, refine classifications, update assumptions, improve matching logic, or otherwise change how data is processed and presented. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AlSafaqa and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, opportunity, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, arising out of or related to your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the platform or any platform content, including analytics, metrics, rankings, estimates, derived fields, summaries, or methodology changes.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless AlSafaqa and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of rights of any third party.

We may update the platform and revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted, unless a later effective date is stated.

The governing law, jurisdiction, and dispute-resolution framework applicable to these Terms should be interpreted in accordance with the final legal position adopted by AlSafaqa and any mandatory applicable law.
